I would ask the question, EVERYONE STOP SELLING. If everyone stops selling... in other words place sell orders at .01 penny... Remove all sell orders under .01 and put all to sell at .01 and up. Everyone stop flipping. Any buyers would have to pay premiums and this would tak off... if not today, in a few days.
I hope I'm not breaking any laws here.

I THINK... That even those who won't get on board with this will find when they flip out hoping to get back in at the predictable lows will be miserably surprised to find no shares available. This would cause them to be buying from other flippers at higher than they got out for... this is chasing and will always result in pps climb
