i know...but think about it for a minute....if your a lil country like algeria and have some of the smallest oil reserves compared to other nations, why should you have to increase and run out of oil first?
bottom line, let it be a free market...if you wanna get real rich in near term and sell all your oil, do it.....if you wanna be the last with oil reserves and be poorer for now, go for it
