I might suggest you read post 24045 by bluesky2 that references what has gone on with the O/S and company PRs. These PR's are specific in nature and not the normal fluff PR's put out by the pinks.

I don't get the slew of inconsistent info you reference or why you consider Mr. Black to be less than honest.

Disclosure is less than 3 weeks away. If you are not comfortable waiting for that, then perhaps you might want to look into other buying opportunities.
