Very Good Post tdmd. I have also noticed these things lately. Cat and I talked about this awhile back and I started looking back..

She seems to want people to buy the preferreds, because she knows they are going to have to make concessions for the commons. I somehow feel like she has been playing us for quite some time. Cat alluded to this when we talked awhile back and I did some back reading. This new post is about what I was expecting from her and look she came through.

So who is she? and will we ever really find out? Most likely not!

The best thing is just ignore her, she did some good case references for us, but she does seem more and more like the paralegal variety and not a true Lawyer. Cause and Effect (I mean Affect) and I do mess those up alot myself.
