Yes, we've heard Rosen purpose that they would exit Bankruptcy in August {with a tailwind and other things in their favor}

That is an aggressive schedule -- but with the courts cooperation, and sticking to deadlines - or "motions to shorten" them without objections, it's doable.

BUT, we don't necessarily want a hastened approach here -- if there are dubious things in PORv7, or it's a bust.
