I'm not expecting a halt either. Good news or bad news.

I get some of why "some" want a halt. They want a breathing room, while owning shares, to cause some kind of scary 'shake up' of the shorts just waiting for the market to re-open so they can rush to cover....

Given that even a PORv7 is just a proposed plan, that still must go through Disclosure, likely some voting of certain classes, POR Confirmation hearings, and final approval -- there is plenty of time, etc.

PORv7, to me, hitting the docket, isn't going to cause or necessitate a halt. IMHO.

In legal reality, PORv7 is like a "proposal" -- a "draft" if you will.

IMHO.
