Herein lies my scenario from the weekend.

ARCA is sitting there at 18 cents. I did take 5K from him several minutes ago. Doing as I said I would.

Only way ARCA goes away to buy the stock from him.

IMO ..... the time to buy HEPI cheap is dwindling.
