As long as the authorized shares don't go above 200-million I would vote yes to increasing the total. The reason is the company can't continue to fund itself via the issuance of stock and needs to have a big block of shares available for future acquisitions as well as Director shares, employee stock bonuses/investment, LIQUIDITY [which will surely be a problem once this stock catches on - 50-million is simply not enough for an actively traded stock], etc.

Don't forget, if this is a REAL company it needs to be run like a REAL company. A minimum authorization is 100-million shares. I just don't know how VLVT ended up with 50-million. It is simply not enough.
