Hey 1man your questions and opinions are welcome here, The first part of your questions is easy to answer as far as dilution as all you have to do is look at the increases since the beginning of the year and the second part is short term its of zero benefit to current shareholder as far as the PPS go's

With that said lets hope the company has raised the necessary funds for operations for the rest of the year and they get busy doing what we have all ":lent" them our money to do and thats to get that gold out of the grond so everyone involved can see a hefty return on our investments.
