It is a very simple question. Numerous posters here are claiming over and over that Dutch is diluting the stock to obtain money for exploration and operations. I am asking these posters to provide information about just how Dutch is doing that and how does it benefit the shareholders. If those posters are being honest, then it should be very easy to provide the facts.
