Before the 6.5 million for 1 reverse split they issued a PR that they were concerned that they'd have to issue 600 million shares for a debt / equity conversion, which was why they did the R/S F/S.

So if they were concerned with 600 million, I would expect them to have a serious problem with 99 trillion
