Buyback 1.5% of the stock, why bother? Just for show?

Actually that's at a price of 10 cents. After the next earnings report they might not get that price, so 250k wouldn't even buy 1.5% I guess I don't see the point.

ps - I'm all for a buyback, but much larger.
