I don't agree. The sellers were likely unaware that the sales were not long.

A short sale is accomplished by specifically selling short (at the retail side). A potential delivery failure is not the determinant - the seller's specified directive is.

407,321,106,308: The TOTAL electronic shares of CMKX as of 03/04/2005. If the NSS of CMKX is not there, IT DOES NOT EXIST.
