lol...when your shoulders and knees give out next year, you'll wish you didnt overdue it at the gym.....im a solid 6ft 190lbs, no need to get any bigger (i hit the gym after 3month breaks to maintain strength, not grow).....the day you stop lifting, youll have HUGE man tits
