Mr. Kirschner is an accomplished financier and manager with eleven years experience in the brokerage industry. After beginning his career with Lehman Brothers and Oppenheimer, Mr. Kirschner opened his own independent offices where he supervised a large staff of retail stockbrokers and support personnel. During that time, he was involved in several takeovers and IPO's. Mr. Kirschner has extensive knowledge of public markets, finance, mergers and acquisitions. He has also served as President and CEO of a public network service provider and internet company providing online data storage. During his presidency, Mr. Kirschner increased the market capitalization of that company by over 400%. Most recently Mr. Kirschner was a Founder and Director of a private debt and equity fund involved in mergers and acquisitions. He is a graduate of the University of Bridgeport, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Banking.
