brant point, an interesting point you make, your theory goes 'awry' with the word logic, though I'll gently insert the fact; as a retail investor the high frequence trading (you may have seen the 60 minute piece last night)? that is occurring in a high percentage of the market place has shifted the whole concept of an open market...
As well, the unfortunate point,(IMHO) maybe Wave's overall big picture strategy, the technology is a game changer. You know how that generally goes... burning, hanging, arrows etc...
