Rosie started idea for NEWCO. There is no need period!

Rosie started this idea of cancelling Equity in early 2009, but more than likely since this is what they generally do in Delaware, which was probably the beginning game. When the Horsies made their original plan in 2008, they more than likely had this SO CALLED NEWCO in the plan all along to hide the majority of the assets. With that said, we fast forward to one of the recent POS POR’s and the NEWCO is all the rage and of course the majority of the reason was based on cancelling Equity folks. Well Rosie’s plan has failed and he is in the deep quick sand probably flailing his hands in the air to make a deal with Equity before this blows wide open. Here is praying it does for the “greater good” (sound familiar) of the United States’s future as well as the rest of the world.

I know there are many different reorganization plans to work from in chapter 11, but IMHO with the assets that hopefully Susman has managed to put back in the Estate, the Assets should now be FAR GREATER than liabilities. With that said folks, why in the hell do we need to spend all of this money on a NEWCO? To me it just does not make sense. Just because Rosie and the Criminals were trying to destroy us does certainly not mean we go down that corrupt path. A new day has dawned and even Rosie admitted it when he said the classes including preferred and common equity are in the money. I feel all we need to do is show A>L, prepare a plan, exit bankruptcy and the plan was with a NEWCO, but only exit as WMI with all classes intact and resume payments, hence dropping the Q . This NEWCO stuff IMHO is nothing but an expensive distraction. Here is to a whole lot of green coming SOON to a personal bank near YOU!!!
