It appears Charles is simply taking steps to form partnerships that will lead to the sales reuqired to make his little company a functioning and/or thriving enterprise. It is exactly what he should be doing - the question raised by many on this board over the past months: Are the steps he is taking really the right ones; i.e., the best ones to grow his 'baby' into a solid firm in it for the long haul. It's a legitimate question for any investor.

I am a (very) poor prognosticator, but my bet is that with the PR the price holds or drops. What the investment community wants/needs, and what this board is screaming for is: sales. Only sales and/or contracts make this run higher.
