Bottom Line…

We will have the new wamu company. With the new proposed plan we might share the new co. with preferred. So with a backstop of a few millions and a litigation fund to go forward we have it. Oh wait I forgot to mention 20 billion of nols. That is fact. Divide that by current tax rate and you have a value. Ok ok I understand that’s not real money. But what fortune 500 company wouldn’t pay 50% of that in a bidding war to have at least billion dollars of a tax right off for next few years. Am I wrong?
So in my wag, we get a buyout. I don’t know when or how much. But I guarantee its more then this. Give me another pink that is this big with nols.
