Uz... Bingo. Dead on.

Anybody can file anything onto the docket. Heck, no offence to Jake (his filings were readable), but we've had things in nearly crayon by what we assume were adults.

If I filed something tomorrow that said I calculated WMI's value at 15 Quintillion dollars and every share should be worth 24 million each, there would be just the small matter of -- I'm not in court to prove it.

And, honestly, there would be those going "heck yea!!!" and starting to quote it as fact.

And if I'm not delineating what is a District Court issue, and many of my arguments are theoretical and/or District Court matters, then no matter how "wonderful" my estimates that I've put on the docket are, they're just "my idea" of what ought to be the "valuation".

Honestly, those newcomers here, need to know the difference between a filing "by the players" -- and the filings by "others".

There has to be a separate weight given, especially of any one of those "others" has never stepped foot in court. Virtually EVERY major shareholder initiated event was a filing coupled by an IN-COURT presence.

Let's "be real" here. And Dr. A, feels good, but isn't "real" to this situation.

And if by now, you're still "hung up" on Dr A's numbers, and expect that. Well, you've been warned that your expectations are likely flawed.
