Good afternoon Ilenes, the way I see it, there is no reason to start a new company as we already have WMI. This is all Rosie's plan when he planned on cancelling Equity and then start a new company. IMHO, there is no reason to go to all that expense. Just show A>L, exit chapter 11 with a good business plan and then after all of the assets are put back let the open market make the value as it should.
