Knick now that is funny but could be true with many here. I really feel the signs are here and I can NOT imagine this thing getting settled piece-meal over the next two-three years. There are so many crimes and illegalities that they must want this buried forever and I think the criminals have a HUGE problem. It could be that Susman/Willingham do not want to sell this to the criminals in the corrupt Delaware Court system.

IMHO, to get the highest and best price, one MUST exit chapter 11 and then continue on in business and/or put yourself up to the highest bidder and make sure we sell it to one of the criminals competitors. So, the 200 billion dollar question is , is this over? One has to understand this is very easy if you look at what WMI had on 9/24/2008 and what the criminals could legally steal and then add up everything since the filing, NOL's taxes, ect. Then there is this trivial figure of about 85 billion in unjust enrichment that is rightfully the Holding Companies.

When one has the evidence that sends many to prison, one needs to use this to the max and according to my due diligence, we have that team...we will see. This has to be many dollars a share or none. I find it hard to believe there could only be 2-5 dollars a share unless we are sold out. IMHO, there is NO ROOM for a very small settlement, it will be zeroed out or MULTIPLE DOLLARS a share!!!
