yup thats what i got on the phone with him. he thinks the spinoff coming monday is the old corporation which its 2 subdivisions merged and are spinning off blah blah, and the the f/s already occurred for him. entirely unbelievable. he must be peeing himself on all the demand for his stock.

man oh man this is great. definitely worth the ride on the lotto train !
