Let's try to be patient and wait till Wednesday. This is a multibillion dollar deal 3 years in the making. We all know its very complex - they have to get ever single loose end tied up and signed off. Its probably taking a bit longer than they thought. Maybe its even more complicated than we think, perhaps there's evena buyer for the NEWCO already lined up and in the mix too.

Somebody else posted, can't recall who, that if it had fallen apart, we would start seeing objections and filings from the EC. We are not seeing that, and I think that is substantial evidence that things are still proceeding towards completion. As long as we don't seeing the EC start filing again, we are ok.

I have great expectation for Wednesday's hearing. Let's hope it comes out on Wednesday all wrapped up with a bow on it.
