I HAVE A VERY PLAUSIBLE THEORY HERE:

If Mark is serious about this being up-listed to the Chinese exchange, one thing is sure: Mark will watch the stock and not waste one PR. He will space them out and assist this step by step in an upward trend so that the Chinese will see its value. Also, by working this thing accordingly, when we are up-listed to the Chinese exchange, we will fly.

If he doesn't care one way or the other, he won't do anything like what I just said.

However, You don't visit two exchanges unless your comparing the two for your certain future there.
