CCEL Insiders buying and buying, that's the only reason it is going up.
Liquidity will be even lower, you can buy it, but if you want to sell it??? There is a huge gap between bid and ask. CCEL is not a great investment as some people claim IMHO.
CBAI has problems at the moment, I can't deny, but I strongly believe they will be overcome, CCEL is not perfect either.
