Reasoning why the plan will be released tonight!

Generally when there is going to be news the Government or companies with negative news would like to shield from the public, it would come out on a pre Holiday weekend and late in the evening on a Friday. Now the flip side of that would be positive news that the Government or companies have, they would bring that out on a Monday morning between 6:00 and 9:00 am Eastern time. Now we know this has to be good for Equity and bad for the criminals or you would have heard Rosie trumping something by now, so Rosie’s actions are very telling.

With that said, I feel the news we are waiting for will probably come out this evening between 9:00-12:00 midnight Eastern Time. The beginning of a new week most business people are in tune with markets (starting late Sunday evenings) looking with anticipation at the upcoming week. I just do not believe the criminals want this added attention. If you remember, back when the Government announced the extension for businesses to reach back to five years from two or three to offset their gains with losses (NOL’s) this came out late on a Friday evening so most people in the country would miss and of course they did. The same principal applies here. I believe we will see it tonight as Rosie drowns himself in self pity and sorrow. Maybe he will take too many pills.
