87,500,000 share dilution if $7million line accessed right now. There is no income other than the sale of shares now (we know that as you and RS say). If the share price can climb back to the 12-16 range dilution will be much less harsh. If we go back to 4 cent range then you can do the math on the impact.

We need good news on not the dump yields but the sinker to keep dilution at a minimum!
