My Captain Obvious Post....

First off, to all the people who have contributed to the iBox, thank you and you have done an amazing job. I am new as of a few weeks ago but I have tried to digest and read all the info instead of asking what may be stupid questions. But after taking everything in....

Is it fair to say that when you add everything up, what it basically comes down to at this point is we are betting on Sussman Godfrey to secure something for the shareholders vs. the normal, almost impossible odds that shareholders shares become worthless in bankruptcy situations?

Isn't that what it all comes down to?
