STHG - I haven't looked at the company itself other than knowing that Harry Drought Jr (HDOGTX) and Eric Stratton are involved as the Director and Officer respectively.

I know Stratton and Drought Jr have a history together that spans other companies besides just STHG.

To me the moment I saw that Drought Jr was involved with STHG that is all I had to see to know that I should be suspicious of anything to do with STHG. Drought Jr has been involved in far too many fake merger plays and message board pump and dumps to add any credibility as a Director to a publicly trading company in my opinion.

Hey he's a penny stock trader that is just trying to make some money. I get that, but I would have the same opinion about anybody that spends their days pumping a bunch of dirty stocks on message boards often times using the dirty company's false and misleading statements to pump the stock then disappearing from the forum right before the stock starts tanking because of the dump.

I know that STHG became the focus of a very ugly pump and dump recently. Today's price tanking was just brutal. It sounds like one pumper group led by wrongturn and some of his pumper buddies found in the conversation referenced in this post

made STHG the focus of a very illegal front loaded promotion paid pump and dump.

Some other pumper groups that also made STHG a pumper manipulation play apparently are not all too happy with wrongturn's group dumping shares.

I do plan on researching STHG some this weekend. That has become a very interesting (and possibly very dirty) company because of all the direct communication going on between Stratton and message board posters. You have pumpers directing Stratton asking for press releases at certain times. Ugly stuff.

At least the CEO was smart enough to separate himself from the promotions going on with his stock in his public tweets:

That is as much as I want to discuss about the pumper aspect of the stock. Like I said I'd like to spend some time this weekend researching the actual company and putting together some information in a post about that.
