As I mentioned before, its his life history in sales where he had to micro-manage his own destiny that has his ability to operate in an area of delegating the workload to others tied up, and more importantly to be able to open enough to recognize quality people in their own areas of expertise that could carry the load. He may do better down the road through hard knocks type experiences in this area if he can restrain from reaching conclusions too quickly. KB.
