(Sigh) That agreement is between INOL and its "joint venture partner." So the reality is that if INOL and Gulf Coast Pharmaceuticals share in the profits, Gulf Coast will get nothing because INOL has NO products and NO revenue -- not to mention NO PROFITS!!
Still, perhaps it's a case of what goes around comes around. Remember the suit for which Gulf Coast had to pay more than $341,000 + court costs + attorney's fees? If Gary shipped $300,000 of product to Gulf Coast do you supposed that Gary will have to sue to get his money?
By the way, does anyone know which of InoHealth's products were shipped? Which company paid the shipping costs -- INOL or InoHealth?
