Paul, Ben & company made some money by selling shares. all debt that xmdc owns to them are all their outstanding wages and remunerations, not the money that they have invested here. at this stage they have nothing to loose by filing ch7. i don't see any reason for the judge to approve the bk. other than PL, judge also delays the process and thereby seems siding with PL indirectly.
