That is incorrect. Stringer and Leslie lost the ability to do anything with the patent when their right to it was taken away and given back to Gary Wilson by the patent office

If you call the U.S. Patent Office and talk to one of the research lawyers they will be happy to give you the scoop. They have the reassignment letter that was sent to Gary Wilson.
