No Press Release yet, but company posted a Presentation to Shareholders last night on the company website www.wenr.net

net asset value .58 on 38m shares OS...but a share reduction is taking OS down to 30m...

closed at .25 before it was posted

Incredible what they've pulled off:

2 TV Stations
2 Radio Stations
and a cable subscriber business that did $980k rev and $533k net profit in it's first operating quarter

PE Ratio = 3
