But, obviously Henry has been willing (at least TWICE that we KNOW OF) to offer desperately DEEP DISCOUNTS of OUR EQUITY for relatively pitiful small amounts of capital.

Asher certainly didn't finance any AQCUISITIONS of anything... except HENRY'S AIRFARE, perhaps!

I have to wonder, " Where will it end?" In the past, Henry was very reluctant to part with PHIE shares - at one point, even ANNOUNCING
HIS INTENTION OF BUYING BACK A RIDICULOUSLY LARGE AMOUNT OF THE ISSUED AND OUTSTANDING SHARES!

Maybe someone can offer him A LOAN to make that DREAM COME TRUE...
