it is no more than 50mm shares, and most of it has imo been dispersed
Reverse split? why would a co with 2billion authorized shares and only about 180mm outstanding(post merger) want to do a split?
valuation of a modest 5x forward revenues would yield ~500mm capitalization, and thats $2.75 a share my friend
but do your best and try to get someone to sell us some teens regardless...:))
