Thank you for your response. I understand that no one knows who I am or what my motives are and I get that. But being that I am a long-term investor and seen this kind of thing before I know what can happen if this is not resolved.

I know the entire story behind this from my research and talking to parties involved. . . I am glad to hear it is being looked at and people are working to resolve this issue.

I have said along that I bought this stock because of Mark and what he has to offer. I am different than most because I buy stocks and hold long term. I believe this patent problem that can and will effect Tytan long term. I dig deep and do very in-depth research on the stock, company and partners involved. I look at the public paperwork and public files on all involved including public background checks. My money is not something I fool around with.
