Could you post a link of ANY KIND to your claim?
As for the "split" of profits from any sales that InoHealth records. The public has never been told or shown a copy of the
"marketing agreement" between their public company and their private company and there was never a mention of what percentage of profits INOL would receive. Even if there had been, what is/was the "marketing agreement" between O'Maley and INOL or the other marketing company(ies)along the way. INOL might get a percentage of a percentage because they have to split with the company that is marketing INOL, the company that markets InoHealth.
It was hyped to .11 and closed at .09 on Sept 1 2010 with somewhere between 128M and 168M O/S and 250M A/S.
Now with 900M common and 1M preferred Authorized Shares
and 426M Outstanding common(which IMO is way low now) and 60 preferred, and a float that went from 56M to 326M,
you think it WILL go into $$??!!
