why would the judge fed-up and with who? He should just do his duty.

if the judge was behind the change of hearing date from 18th to today and if the same judge is again not giving a date, then what it means????????? is he in bed with someone? there is corruption at high levels, however justice prevails in US for the one who doesn't gives up.
