Just finished conversation with Interwest Transfer...DTC playing games, the company has given them everything they asked for including the r/s. DTC bought out other clearing houses so they are the only one available in U.S. She also mentioned that CBAI's attorney's involved and CBAI may, again MAY, withdraw everything from DTC and issue their own certificates.

What a can of worms...
