If you believe settlement will be in our favor...

And that this will be settled at more than $1.00 pps... Like some were saying maybe even $24 pps...

Why would anyone be selling at all at this point???

You cannot follow charts and technicals with these now... it is not moving on technicals but fundementals... a whole different animal.
