I see your point - I think! :), but Mark has not presented anything false and I dont think we have a thing to worry about.

I think he has been more than open and his experience should be the earmark that he has checked the basics (i.e. that he owns a patent). This guy just came out of a lawsuit! He has a million and one things to do other than defend himself with investors that might be in it just to flip a couple of bucks. JUST ALL IN MY OPINION.

But it sounds like he is going to address it anyway. Good man.
