Sunrise Consulting Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SNRS) announced today that the company intends to buy a portion of its outstanding shares at a premium. Sunrise's plans to buyback a portion of its shares coincided with the company's agreement to sell one of its patents. Sunrise intends to use some of the money it receives from that transaction to buyback a portion of its shares. The company plans to disclose the name of the buyer and the buyer plans for use of the patent within 48 hours.
