I would welcome the partnership and ability to work with a group that would help me realize the most value possible from my products and services. If I could get some up front money, continue to work with the group, and a certain amount of shares, and they would handle the marketing and promotion????

Absolutely I would jump at the chance. I am not a marketer, I am not one who goes out and sells companies, I am not a big boy so to speak but have a super product and value. I am a technician and an administrator and good at it proven by my clients and track record.
