That's a good post and I don't disagree. I'd ask you though if someone came along and offerred you something today, e.g., shares worth today $100,000 for your business and you felt your business was worth $10,000,000, would you accept merely because the other side said that stock will be worth $50 million one day?

When you are buying stock, you are in the same position as someone who is selling his business for stock and promises. You would ask all the same quesitons I asked in my prior posts, and probably, many,many more questions
