I will explain this one last time and take it for what it is worth. Th private replies and threats are a little silly people......Below is what my research shows and is JMHO. Take it for what it is worth!

Eko Thermal was formed by Stringer Leslie and Wilson. The company folded and Wilson asked the US Patent Office to reassign the patent back to him. So the US Patent office did just that. This reassignment gave 100% of the rights to Wilson and no one else. So Stringer and Leslie could no longer use this patent in any way. So Wilson only has the right to patent 6,518,209.

Since this has happened Wilson has started his own company called FusedArmour and has several partners. They have not given Tytan the rights or sold this technology to them. You are all basing your facts on press releases and an annual report.

What about the annual report? That is easy. In JMHO i believe that Stringer and Leslie still believe they have the right to this patent and sold it to Tytan. I do not think there is any wrong doing here just that Stringer and Leslie are wrong about still owning the rights to the patent. They were given large amounts of stock for this patent by Tytan. I think that Mark believes he legally owns this patent but he does not.

Do any of you know who Tytan bought the patent from? It is a fact that Leslie, Stringer and Wilson all owned a business together call Eko Thermal and it is a fact that the patent was reassigned to Wilson. I am just saying that I hope my opinion is wrong but this is how I see it after looking at the facts I do know.

I am not saying their is any thing crooked going on here at all. I just think some people are misinformed and they did not do their DD before patent was sold and bought by Tytan.

Have a great weekend I am off to water ski.
