Austin, I tend to agree with you. And the problem is rooted in the oxymoron you put forward

Just hope there's not irrational exuberance here. Another hope is that EC/SG hold out to get what shareholders truly deserve in a settlement.

"Truly Deserve" vs. "Settlement" are opposite ends, IMHO.

IF we reach a settlement that the EC accepts, it will be that: A settlement. And a settlement that likely addresses only post-bankruptcy issues. Pre-bankruptcy issues may or may not be settled, or even addressed.

Many confuse the two issues and which court would address them.
