Wrong! the EC's role is to look out for the best interests of equity shareholders, and maximize their recovery. It's not about winners and losers it's about right and wrong. the seizure of this 100+ year old banking institution was wrong. the way WMB was gifted to JPMC was wrong. the way Brian Rosen and the rest of the firm of Weil Gosthal and Magnes have tried every way under the sun to gift everything else WMI owns to JPMC and their hedge fund pals was wrong. the way those hedge fund cronies of JPMC tried to use inside info to profit yet again at the expense of innocent people was wrong. the way in which a court appointed examiner took 3 million dollars of estate money to just regurgitate Brian Rosen's fraudulent talking points was wrong. the way in which this case has been handled by the weak JMW is wrong....i could go on all day with whats wrong about this 31 month fiasco...

BUT they all got caught, caught by their own arrogance and our watchful eyes and ears, and it is going to cost them a heap of cash to make it right...
