ENTI - interesting observation by a diligent investor

Attorney Letter for period ending December 31, 2010 filed on May 9, 2011:

http://www.otcmarkets.com/otciq/ajax/showFinancialReportById.pdf?id=50151

Mr. Anthony DiBiase, Title: Chief Executive Officer and Chairman Number of Shares Owned as of the date of this letter: 50,000,000 shares of Preferred A Stock; 200,000,000 shares of restricted common stock and 10,000,000 shares of Preferred B Stock. The total outstanding shares of Common Stock as of annual report effective date 12/31/10 is 7,671,348,421 shares.

Attorney letter dated May 13th for the period ending March 31, 2011:

Mr. Anthony Dibiase currently holds no shares of common stock of the Company. He holds 50,000,000 shares of Preferred A Stock that converts at a rate of 175 shares of common stock for every 1 shares of preferred stock held. In addition, Mr. Dibiase holds 20,000,000 shares of Preferred B Stock that converts at a rate of 4 shares of common stock for every 1 shares of preferred stock held. The total number of outstanding shares of common stock, as of the date of this letter, is 11,978,092,477.

Looks like he dumped those 200,000,000 common shares between May 9, 2011 and May 13, 2011 if the Attorney letters are accurate.

Another observation is that as of the May 13, 2011 letter, Anthony Dibiase held 50,000,000 Preferred A Shares, but as of the date of the Attorney Letter on May 13, 2011 there were only 15,000,000 Preferred A Shares outstanding.

Sloppy Attorney letter filed on May 13, 2011 to say the least. He cannot own 50,000,000 Preferred A shares and there only be 15,000,000 Preferred A shares outstanding.

35,000,000 Preferred A shares would convert to 6,125,000,000 common shares and that would put ENTI way over its maximum authorized limit of 15,000,000,000 common shares.
